Privacy policy
This prediction game is run by Mercure Paris Sud Les Ulis as an internal entertainment activity for its guests and staff.
Data we collect
- Your nickname (chosen by you, no real name required);
- Your PIN code, stored hashed (never in clear text);
- Your predictions, points and registration date;
- Your language preference.
We do not collect your email, phone number or any sensitive data.
Purpose & legal basis
Running the leaderboard of the prediction contest. Legal basis: your consent, given at sign-up.
Sharing
Your nickname and points appear on the public leaderboard of the event. Data is never sold or shared with third parties. Match results come from a sports API to which no personal data is sent.
Cookies
Only a session cookie (needed to keep you logged in) and a language cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the event and deleted afterwards, or earlier at your request.

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from My account, or by contacting infos@clicavis.com. Hosted in France (European Union).
